Will I need to run an RS7 before the changeover?
In most cases we recommend completing any time‑critical submissions (like RS7) before switching. Your onboarding specialist will confirm the best timing for your service.
Do I need to export all my data from my current system before the changeover date?
We’ll provide a checklist of recommended exports and handle the mapping into Juniorlogs where possible. Keep copies for your records and compliance.
What sort of system is needed to run the app?
Juniorlogs is cloud‑based and runs in modern browsers on Windows, macOS, and Chromebooks. A stable internet connection and an up‑to‑date browser are all you need.
What is the process to get started with Juniorlogs?
Pick a plan, complete the guided onboarding form, and book your setup call. We’ll configure your account, help migrate data, and train your team.
When do I end current enrolments with my other system?
We’ll advise exact timing during onboarding to avoid overlaps. Typically, you’ll end enrolments in the old system the day your Juniorlogs account goes live.
